Ingredients
- Lemon Glaze:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz. carton lemon or orange yogurt
- scant lemon or orange peel
- 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon or orange peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in butter. Mix in egg, yogurt and peel. Stir till moistened fold in berries. Please 12 biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees 15 to 18 minutes.
