Ingredients
- 4 green pepper
- 4 red pepper
- 1 1/4 c. white vinegar
- pinch salt
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 bottle Certo

Preparation
Step 1
Wash peppers,remove seed and grind let drain 1 hr. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to pepper mixture and boil for 10 minutes. Add Certo,take off heat and stir. Put in jars and seal.
Can add 1 jalapeno pepper for more heat
