Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 lb. pot roast cooked with no seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 small bottle Ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 med. onion chopped (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Remove meat from the bone and shred. Combine sauce ingredients and simmer. Add meat and simmer again. This can be made ahead of time and just warmed up. Very good for sandwiches.
