Ingredients

- 2 cups small chunks cooked ham
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with its cutting blade. Process on medium speed 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and process for another minute.
Serve or chill until ready to serve.
Notes:
Why not try using leftover cooked turkey, chicken, or corned beef in place of the ham? The results will surely be just as awesome!
This works wells as a sandwich filling or as an appetizer spread, served with crackers.
