Ingredients
- 1 {10oz} package finely shredded green cabbage {6 cups}
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries {2oz}
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted {2oz}
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion {1.25oz}
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green sweet pepper {1.25oz}
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar {2oz}
- 3 tablespoons canola oil {1.5oz}
- 1 tablespoon splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, dried cranberries, walnuts, red onion and sweet pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to
combine. Cover and chill 1-24 hours. Toss before serving.
