CHRISTMAS TREE-SHAPED CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

• 3-8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 4 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c parsley
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 c walnuts
• 2 T grated onion
• 4-5 drops red pepper sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, onion, mustard and pepper sauce in large bow. Mix in cheddar cheese and paprika. Divide mixture in half. Cover and refrigerate.
Place on cookie sheet and shape into a cone (Christmas Tree) or wreath. Press parsley onto cheese ball. Serve with crackers.
