Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T margarine
- 1/2 c cornstarch
- 14 oz sweet cond milk
- 2 1/2 c cold water
- 8 oz cc, softened
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3.5 oz inst lemon pudd
- 2/3 c lemon juice
- 2 pie shells
- 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water. Mix till smooth. Cook until thick. Stir in egg yolks. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat; stir in 1/3 c lemon juice, salt & margarine. Cool several hours. In mixing bowl, mix milk and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pudding and 1/3 c lemon juice. Fold into other mixture. Put in pie shells. Refrigerate.
