Ingredients
- Round steak ( 1 1/2 inch thick)
- Meat tenderizer
- Worcestershire sauce
- Ketchup
- Green Pepper rings, 1 whole pepper
- Onion Rings ( 1 large onion)
- 3 bacon slices, uncooked

Step 1
Sprinkle meat on both side with tenderizer, piercing with a fork Place steak in a 3 quart rectangular baking dish. Heavily sprinkle meat with worcetershire sauce, then spread thickly with ketchup. Evenly distribute the pepper and onion rings; top with sliced bacon.
Cover the dish tightly and bake at 250 for 4 hours. About 45 minutes before the meat is done, remove cover and let brown.
The gravy wil be generous and delicious. If you desire thicker gravy, remove meat and blend in a small amount of flour.
