World's Best Chip Dip

Ingredients

• 1 can hot Rotel
• 1 can Mexican Rotel
• 2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Take the cream cheese and put them into a good microwavable bowl. Stick them into the microwave for 70 seconds. Then take a fork and mix it until smooth and creamy.

2. Add your cans of Rotel. This mixture calls for Hot, but you can use Original or Mild if you prefer. You can drain off some of the liquid before adding to the cream cheese if you want. Adjust the amount to your liking. As the cream cheese cools to room temp it will thicken some.

3. Stir until mixed well.

Add a bag of Tostitos and you're done!
