Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1-15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
