Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- Garnish: Italian bread crumbs,paprika and dried parsley

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish. Garnish with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
