  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pike fillets, thawed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/4 tsp. onion juice

Preheat oven to 425F
Grease a 11 1/2"X7 1/2"X1 1/2" baking dish. Place fillets in baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Beat egg white and 1/8 tsp. salt until stif but not dry. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon onto fish. Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and brown.
