CHICKEN STROGANOFF # 1
This is good enough to eat alone but to make it go further, serve it with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 chicken breast, halved skin and bones removed, cut in 2 inch strips
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add mushrooms, chicken and onion. Saute until no pink remains in meat and onions are soft.
Mix in next 6 ingredients. Stir in water until it boils and thickens.
Add sour cream. Stir. Heat without boiling. Serve with noodles or rice.
