Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c dark brown sugar
1 tsp water
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 c mixed nuts (2 cans)

Step 1

Beat egg whites & water until foamy. Add nuts & stir. Combine sugar and spice. Coat over nuts. Spread in greased baking sheet. 325, 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
