Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. package al fresco Wild Blueberry Breakfast Chicken Sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
  • 6 oz. fat-gree cream cheese
  • 8 slices day-old, whole grain bread
  • cooking oil/spray
  • 2 cups fresh blueberrie
  • 1 tea. cinnamon
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups 2% milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread cream cheese over bread and slice into cubes. Place the cubes in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with 1 1/2 cups blueberries.

Slice al fresco Wild blueberry Chicken Sausage into 1/2" slices and place on top of the mixture in the baking dish.

Beat egg substitute, maple syrup and milk together. Carefully pour over mixture in baking pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes.

Top with remaingin blueberries before serving.
