Ingredients
- 2 T butter, cut in pieces
- 2 T flour
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 12 ripe peaches, sliced
- crumb topping
- 1/3 c sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and sugar; toss with peaches. Fill crust; dot with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cover with crumb topping: 1 c flour, ½ c dark brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, 8 T butter, ½ c rolled oats. In food processor, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; add butter, pulse until large crumbs form. Add rolled oats; pulse until combined.
Bake 50 minutes, 400.
