  • 2 RACKS BABY BACK RIBS
  • McCormick DRY BOTTLED BBQ SEASONING
  • REMOVE MEMBRANE FROM BACK SIDE OF RIBS, LAY ON LARGE SHEET OF HEAVY DUTY FOIL. DUST BOTH SIDES OF RACK WITH BBQ SEASONINGS. WRAP AND CRIMP SHUT FOIL ALONG TOP AND ENDS.
  • PLACE RACKS ON LARGE BAKING SHEET PAN.

Preparation

Step 1

BAKE IN PREHEATED 300 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES.
CAREFULLY REMOVE FROM OVEN AND FOLD OPEN ONE END OF FOIL. WITH POT HOLDERS, DRAIN ACCUMULATED MOISTURE FROM RIBS AND REPLACE ON BAKING SHEET.
OPEN ALONG THE TOP AND FOLD FOIL DOWN ALONGSIDE RACKS.

INCREASE OVEN TEMP TO 425.

BRUSH MEAT WITH FAVORITE BBQ SAUCE AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES.

ALLOW TO COOL 10 MINUTES THEN SLICE INTO SERVING PORTIONS
