Ingredients
- 8 eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. herb seasoned croutons
- 12 oz. grated cheese (Colby, jack and cheddar)
- lean cube ham

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, white pepper, dry mustard and milk.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Place croutons in the bottom of the dish and sprinkle cheese over top. Pour egg mixture over all making sure the croutons are covered.
Refrigerate overnight and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
