(Double this recipe to fill a sheet cake pan)
5 slices bread
20 oz pineapple chunks
4 eggs
small Mandarin oranges
1/2 c butter (melted)
1/2 c sugar

Step 1

Crumb bread over bottom of pan. Beat eggs butter and sugar. Stir in pineapple and mandarins (optional). Spread over bread. Bake 30, 325. Optional: spread with Dream Whip.
