Ingredients
- 4 lbs. beef or deer meat
- 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 pkg. Adolph meat marinade
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Lawry salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. quick cure salt

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate meat for 1 to 1 1/2 hr. Stir or shake several times. Cut strips 1/4 inch thick.
