  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dried beef, chopped finely
