  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Minute Tapioca
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 3/4 Cups milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Mix sugar, tapioca,salt, milk and egg in saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.

Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil (pudding thickens as it cools). Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

Cool 20 minutes, stir. Spoon into dishes.

Serve warm or chilled. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator
