Top with white sauce:
Heat 1 T margarine over low heat. Blend in 1 T flour, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Stir in 1 c milk; heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Place on salmon. 350, 45 minutes
