Ingredients
- 29 oz or 3 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Mix cornstarch and sugar – add eggs – beat. Add pineapple, water and vanilla. Stir. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 350, 1 hour.
