Minestrone Soup

Ingredients

• 1 bag fiesta vegetable mix
• 1/2 onion
• 2 tsp. tomato paste
• 1 packet chicken bouillon
• olive oil
• rice
• celery

Preparation

Step 1

Fill pot with water and add all ingredients. Add rice after vegetables cook/comes to a boil.
