Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 Yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz)
- 1 egg
- 8 T. butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 8 T. butter, melted
- 1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. nutmeg
- Fresh whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cake ingredients well, put in 13x9 baking dish; lightly greased
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, butter and beat together. Next add powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake 40-50 minutes. do not over bake center, should be gooey.
Serve with fresh whipped cream.
