- 1 German chocolate cake mix made according to directions. Bake. Let cool some. Poke holes in top of cake with end of wooden spoon. Pour 1 can Eagle Brand milk over top
- Pour 1 jar (19.5 oz.) Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Carmel fudge topping
- Frost with 8 oz. Cool Whip
- Break or crush 3 Heath candy bars on top
