Ingredients
- 2 lb. whole or fillet smoked whitefish
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill weed
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper (freshly cracked)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is preferred)

Preparation
Step 1
Remove the skin and bones from the fish, then flake into a bowl.
Add all other ingredients to the fish and combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 24 hours in an air tight container for best flavor.
