Preparation

Step 1

While the rolls are still frozen, quarter them.( I let them sit out for just a few minutes to make them easier to cut up)
Roll the quartered frozen rolls in butter then the cinnamon sugar mixture
Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray
Pour a small amount of butter in the bottom of the pan
You can also sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar in the bottom
Sprinkle in some chopped nuts and raisins in the pan
Then start putting in the covered, quartered rolls....as you layer the rolls, add nuts and raisins
When you have all the rolls and any additions you want, cover the entire pan with a kitchen towel.
Let the pan sit in a warm spot overnight.
When you get up in the morning, the rolls will have risen and filled the pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Check by pulling some rolls apart to make sure they are fully cooked.
Place a plate on top of the pan and invert the pan. The monkey bread will come out with gooey caramel all drizzled on top....pull apart and enjoy!
