Ingredients
- 1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
- 1 TBL. RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 TBL. OLIVE OIL
- 1 1/2 TSB. SALT
- 1/2 TSB PEPPER
- 1/4 TSB CUMIN
- 1/8 TSB CAYENNE
- 2 EAR OF CORN
- 1 RED BELL PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP RED ONION
- 1/4 CUP CILANTRO
- 3 AVOCADOS

Step 1
IN A LARGE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER LIME JUICE, RED WINE VINGEGAR, OLIVE OIL, PEPPER, SALT, CUMIN, AND CAYENNE
REMOVE THE CORN FROM THE HUSKS ADD TO A BOWL ALONG THE CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER, DICE THE ONION, CHPPED CILANTRO. MIX THE DRESSING INTO THE CORN MIXTURE THEN GENTLY MIX IN THE AVOCADOS TRYING NOT TO SMASH THEM
