Can easily be adusted to any amount of guests. There are no extra pans to clean up.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. pot roast
- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 4 medium onions, quaratered
- 8 medium carrots, halved

Preparation
Step 1
Put meat in large roaster.. If there is hardly any fat showing, pour 1/4 cup cooking oil over top of meat. Add more later if needed. Cover. Bake in 300 oven for about 4 hours.
Peel potatoes. Peel and cut onions in quarters. Peel carrots. Cut in half lengthwise. Pile vegetables around meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper. If very dry, add more oil over meat and 1 cup water. Cover. Bake in 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
