Filling (mixed together thick like toothpaste & put in a bag w/ tip cut off:
Pancake Mix
5 Tablespoons butter, softened
5 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

Make pancake batter as usual, pour onto the griddle, then swirl onto the batter, then flip it quickly, stack them, then drizzle with a little frosting.C
