  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 12 oz peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups salted peanuts

Step 1

Mix and pat cake mix, egg and melted oleo into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Take out of oven an immediately top with marshmallows.

Heat mixture of corn syrup, vanilla, butter and peanut butter chips until melted. Spread mixture over the marshmallows. Sprinkle peanuts over top and press down slightly with a fork or spoon. They are easier to cut after being refrigerated.
