Ingredients
- 2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 8 oz cc, softened
- 6 T margarine, melted
- 1/2 c sugar
- 14 oz Kraft caramels
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c semisweet chips, melted
- 1 c pecans, chop

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Heat oven to 350. Mix crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9” springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Filling: Microwave caramels and milk in bowl; 4-5 minutes or until melted, stirring every minute. Pour over crust. Top with pecans. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well. Blend in chocolate and vanilla; pour over pecans. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before serving.
