- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup, large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
Combine first 6 ingredients. Combine vinegar, oil and sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour hot liquid over vegetables. Toss well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
