COCA-COLA CAKE

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 c butter or marg
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c Coca-Cola
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Stir flour, sugar, baking soda & salt. In saucepan, heat marshmallows, butter, cola and cocoa over medium heat until bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove. Pour over flour & whisk. Add eggs, vanilla & buttermilk. Pour into greased pan 350, 40 minutes.
Frosting:
½ c butter or margarine 1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c Coca-Cola 16 oz 10X sugar
¼ c unsweetened cocoa
Heat butter, cola & cocoa until boiling. Remove. Add vanilla. Pour over 10X sugar & whisk.
