Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken
- 1 tsp thyme
- 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium onion
- 10 dashes salt & pepper
- 4 T oil
- 6 oz mushrooms
- 4 oz water
- bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Skin and bone chicken. Then brown in oil. While the chicken browns, cook the tomato paste in oil. Add tomatoes, onion, spices and pepper. Then add the browned chicken and bay leaf. Simmer for approximately two hours. If you are adding mushrooms, add about a half hour before serving.
