  • 1 Boiled Chicken (boned)
  • 12 Corn tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 can Rotel

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the soups, cheese, onion and Rotel
Add the chicken and mix
Layer torn tortillas with the mixture in a 9x13 dish
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
