Ingredients
- 1 32oz box chicken stock (broth)
- 3 cans cannellini beans, undrained
- 5 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
- 1 16oz. jar medium chunky salsa
- 1 8oz grated Colby Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 t. red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Finely crushed corn chips
- Sour cream for garnish

Step 1
Place all ingredients except corn chips in a crockpot
Cook until cheese is melted
Garnish with corn chips, sour cream
