Ingredients

  • 1 32oz box chicken stock (broth)
  • 3 cans cannellini beans, undrained
  • 5 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1 16oz. jar medium chunky salsa
  • 1 8oz grated Colby Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 t. red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Finely crushed corn chips
  • Sour cream for garnish

Step 1

Place all ingredients except corn chips in a crockpot
Cook until cheese is melted
Garnish with corn chips, sour cream
