Ingredients
- ● 2 large cans of Pineapple Chunks in their own juice
- ● 2 large cans of Mandarin Oranges in their own juice
- ● 1 large package of COOK N’ SERVE Vanilla Pudding – NOT INSTANT
- ● 6 Sliced Bananas
- ● Sliced Strawberries
- ● Blueberries
- ● Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges

Preparation
Step 1
Drain juice from cans into 2 qrt pan and heat til really hot.
Reserve fruit in fridge
After juice is super hot, bubbly, add Pudding and whisk in until dissolved – removed from heat and let cool. (you can do this the day before)
Before you want to serve combine the following:
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Pineapple and Mandarin Oranges
You can add raspberries and blackberries too if you want – for color
I would put this together only 2 hours prior to serving – any earlier and it will start braking down.
I always make the sauce the day before.
TIP: before you add the pineapple and oranges DRAIN them again – it will make salad too runny
