Cream Cheese Cookies dipped in chocolate

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
Melted semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and cream cheese; add sugar and mix until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour and mix well. Put through pastry tube, using large rosette tip. Form into S shape. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove. Cool. Dip ends in chocolate.
