Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- dash of pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables in butter until soft. Add bisquick, paprika and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in broth and heat on medium to boiling. Stir one minute and then add cheese on low until cheese is melted.
