Ingredients
- 2 15.5-ounce cans black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
