Sausage Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Bob Evans Farms Link Sausage (regular or Italian)
• 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
• 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp basil
• 4-6 oz spaghetti, cooked
• 1/3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut sausage links into bite-sized pieces. Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings. Add spaghetti and sausage pieces; mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with both kinds of cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until fully heated.
