Zucchini Boats

Ingredients

• 2 large zucchini, halved and cored
• 1 pounds ground chicken
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. basil or oregano
• 3/4 cup Havarti cheese (jalapeno one is good)
• 3/4 cup feta cheese
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place zucchini on cookie sheet. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff zucchini.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until meat is cooked and zucchini are fork tender.
