Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 2 (1/2 oz) packs Ranch style dry dressing mix
- 1 (1 1/2 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 2 (16 oz) cans shoepeg corn

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion. Drain; add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add all cans, including juices. Add 2 to 3 cans water. More water may be added, if needed.
Simmer for 2 hours.
