Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 12.3 ounce package (1-1/2 cups) silken-style tofu (fresh bean curd)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh raspberries and/or blueberries (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Put the mixed berries, tofu, juice, flax seed meal, and honey in the blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. If you like, top each smoothie with fresh raspberries and/or blueberries.
