Ingredients
- 2 c. sauerkraut
- 1 (12 oz) can corned beef
- 1 med. onion
- 12 rye crackers
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 T. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Put sauerkraut, corned beef, onion & crackers through food processor.
Add egg, sugar & flour.
Mix well. Shape into balls.
Cook in oil till browned & then drain on paper towels.
