Coconut Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 2 Tbs Canola Oil
  • 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 300.

Heat honey, about 20 seconds in microwave. Add oil, brown sugar, vanilla and mix well. Add coconut, almonds and oats and stir to coat well. Spread onto a well greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir mix, bake another 5 minutes and stir again. Bake 2-7 more, until mixture is golden brown.
