Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups cucumbers, diced
- 2 cups diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup Vidalia onion, minced
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 tsp. dried cilantro
- 3/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
In a large serving bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. In a medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with cucumber mixture. Mkes 4-6 servings.
